This confirms that the 1970s flashback scene mentioned in earlier casting calls featuring a young, Indian girl (suspected to be Roman), will take place in the lab (presumably Hawkins Lab). The flashback also featured twin toddlers with brown hair.

UPDATE 2/9: Casting TaylorMade posted the casting call two times more, however the age range was expanded to 21-51 years and they added that they are looking for a "size 42 Jacket - a 40 is OK- but 42 is ideal."
